When providing information for the Alcatel phones to be unlocked,
place your mouse pointer over the Alcatel icon beside the field (Provider ID) to display where
the PROVIDER ID is located on the back of the phone.
To locate your Blackberry PIN go to options/settings then go
to status and you will see 8 characters either numbers only or numbers and
letters.
