Q: What is unlocking?
A: When you purchase a phone from a cellular phone service provider it is usually sim locked to the particular
network. In such a case the phone can ONLY work on the providers network. This service allows you to remove
the carrier sim-lock code so you can use it with any sim, no matter the country or carrier it was bought from.



Q: What is IMEI?
A: IMEI - International Mobile Equipment Identity, is a 15 digit number that allows your phone to be properly
identify (in other words its the serial number of the phone). This number can be found by typing on your keypad,
with or without a simcard  *#06#.
Note: if your phone display more than 15 digits for your IMEI, please only supply us with first 15 digits reading
from left. No space, dash, comma or any other symbol should be included with this number.



Q: Does unlocking my phone voids the warranty?
A: Unlocking your phone remotely by IMEI does not void the warranty, because the phone was not physically
opened to be unlock, neither was the phone's software altered in any way. Its all done by codes which is 100%
safe and legal.



Q: What is the turn-around time for this service?
A: Please go to our home page for this information because different network and models have different
turn-around time, but most are within 24 hours.


Q: What happens if we can't find an unlock code for your phone?
A:  A refund will be issued along with an explanation why we could not find the code to get your phone unlock. In
some cases though, there are alternative ways to get your phone unlock, but we will notify you if this is the case.



Q: Once I get the code how do I enter it?
A: You can go to unlocking instructions or contact us for live support if you are having difficulties.

Q: If I have a phone similar to the one I previously unlocked can I use this same code to unlock this
phone?
A: No, you can't. One unlocking code to one IMEI which is unique to the phone. So you would need to make a new
purchase.



Q: Can I get a refund after I have placed my order?
A: Yes, refund can be made after an order has been placed if it has not yet been processed.
